In my view, the potential scope for Active Gaming is huge and there are many applications that have not yet been considered.
There has been worldwide media interest in some research I (Alasdair Thin) presented at a scientific conference earlier this week. In response to this I have quickly set up a blog to try and stimulate discussions on principles that might help guide the future of "Active Gaming" to maximize the benefits to as many people as possible.
Clearly, no one game or console set up is going to do everything, the same as there are a multitude of different "real world" sporting and leisure activies.
So if you have any thoughts or aspirations for the future of "Active Gaming", the discussion is just starting at http://gamersizescience.wordpress.com
